Speaking ability

My son is 3 and a half years old. But he has not been able to have a conversation with us. He is not able to speak clearly, he does shout and occasionally says few numbers and words but doesn't converse with us He has online nursery and is not able to reply to the teachers question, he doesn't sit independently and attend the class. While we see other students in the class attending independently and also replying to the questions, my son isn't able to converse anything in the classes nor at home. However he is otherwise very active and plays, runs etc. we would like to know what can be done to improve his speaking abilities. Thanks

Try it then we come to some conclusion. We have to seek help of behavior therapist. You tryit out . THERE IS NO SINGLE TEST TO CONFIRM It, Please have againand tell me his growth..Drug therapyi not without side effects . We first tryout Behavior therapy.. Relax , we doachieve some good results.
