I feel soreness in my mouth,teeth and tongue from four days. If i eat anything then soreness feeling increases. Mouth ulcer is also there. I tried many home remedies ,but no use. What i have to do? Please suggest me any solution for my problem.

You probably have low Vit B12 levels You can get them checked via blood test Also do you have an upset stomach sometimes. Might be related to your mouth sores. Tab Becasules 1 tab per day for 15 days Apply Dologel on the sores (after meals) Use Betadine gargles in the morning and before going to bed (1 tsp of betadine in half glass of water and gargle)
