Sir My wisdom tooth was extracted 12 days before and the pain is not there. But i am experiencing the pain from previous 2 days in my throat but only on one side that is opposite to wisdom teeth extraction side. Pain while swallowing the saliva is also there. I am attaching the pic of my mouth. Kindly help what is the reason ?

Looks a but congested. You could try warm salt water gargle thrice daily and paracetamol for the pain for 3 days. If it dosent reduce, start antibiotics.
