Sore throat and pain since 20 days

Sir/Mam, I have a scratchy throat since 20 days now with lil bit cough and mucus. And from last two days I'm experiencing lil bit pain inside throat while swallowing food and water. Also from yesterday feeling a bit nauseous I think due to anxiety.  During this pandemic should I be worried? Please help. Thanks

It looks like acute infection of the throat. But If you also have fever, cold or other respiratory symptoms like cough and breathless, you need to visit nearest fever clinic. If u do not have any of these symptoms u can consult online
