Sore in mouth

I have a sore in my mouth that has been there for sometime now and came to my notice just today. It doesn't hurt and I can only feel it when I move my tongue around it. I do smoke, but I've never been a heavy smoker. Only 2 or 3 cigarettes a day. And I don't chew tobacco. Should I be worried? The sore doesn't hurt. It doesn't bleed. It's just..there. What should I do?

Most probably it is leukoplakia.Stop oral habit immediately. Follow up for 2-3weeks It will heal But if you continue smoking it will worse.

Please get a dental check up as clinical examination is necessary for proper diagnosis. Any sore persisting for more than a few weeks should be investigated
