You should definitely take some break from work and rest Hydrate yourself. 2.5-3 Litres of water per day ( unless you have a disease for which you are asked to reduce water intake) Do give me some details on the cough - a wet cough with yellowish sputum might require antibiotics. Otherwise it's more likely to be a viral infection and will settle on its own. Steam inhalation helps with the cough
