In your case, home isolation and routine care can be taken.
Kindly follow the below guidelines:
1. Physical distancing of atleast 6 meters. Preferably the sick individual should have a separate room.
2. indoor mask use. Preferably a double mask (surgical mask on top of a N95 mask) should be used.
3. strict hand hygiene. Hands should be thoroughly washed with soap and water for at least 30 seconds. An alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 70% alcohol can be used.
Symptomatic management:
1. Hydration. Patient should have at least 4 to 6 glasses of water everyday.
2. Anti-pyretics can be given under the supervision of a healthcare professional.
3. Multivitamins and Zinc can be given.
4. Stay in contact with treating physician.
5. Monitor temperature and oxygen saturation (by applying a SpO2 probe to fingers).
Seek immediate medical attention if:
1. Difficulty in breathing
2. High grade fever/severe cough, particularly if lasting for more than five days
3. Consider hospital admission if:
1. Age more than 60 years.
2. Cardiovascular disease, hypertension.
3. Any lung disease
