From yesterday i am having muscle soreness and light discomfort in both the legs. Some discomfortness near left side lower back also. And at the same time i also have back aches also. Not severe pain only sore pain. Sometime occupital bone pain also there.

The muscle pain and backache maybe due to physical activity like running, cycling ,swimming for long duration. It's just because of muscle fatigue and it'll be resolved in 2 or 3 days. If backache is associated with burning sensation during urination or blood in urine need to be evaluated.
