Some Gall bladder polyps large one 4.9mm

I gone for USG , finding some Gall bladder polyps large one 4.9mm, Gall bladder thickness 3.6mm . Should I go for operation?? In family my uncle was diagnosed Gallbladder cancer. Should I follow up or go for removal of Gall bladder. Kindly suggest.

Your ultrasound shows multiple polyp in which largest is 4.9. You have a significant family history of gall bladder cancer. In north India it is prevalent especially in Gangetic areas.
Next Steps
Visit any surgeon nearby. Get USG repeat to check for any vascularity in polyp or consider for CECT abdomen.
