I m taking everyday 1 ltr milk..... 500 ml morning 500 ml night is there any affect of health......

Your weight is fine 2 KGS u need to reduce don't take more than 500 ml in day

hI WELCOME - I can tell you that milk drinking is good for health as this supply good amount of protein but this is also important to know what kind of milk you are consuming. Also,yes, 1 ltr milk may be too much ,& specially cow's.Buffalo milk have too much fat.So altogether , in long after ,in old age you may be haunted by Kidney diseases & that time we may advice again to restrict or cut down excess or even normal protein as per a day's requirement. So 500ml skim milk/ Double toned Pasteurized milk,max in a day okay or rest amount 500ml you can make chana/panner/ or same types dairy foods like home based. curds/yogurts.

Hello.......it depends on your personality, capacity, If you are drinking 1 liter milk from long time then you won't have any problem.. There is no side effect on with milk, it has calcium, carbohydrates, fat.. Milk at night also good for sleep..... Just make sure it's pasteurised milk......
