My soft palate is sore and very sensitive on left and right side. Unable to eat anything with spices. I did have citric juice last few days, could that have caused it? No, I don't have acidity

plz avoid citrus juices for some timeperiod mam... take tab zincovit daily once for 15 days and apply dentogel or mucopain ointment over softpalate halfnhr before eating food daily for 15 days.... symptoms will subside don’t worry mam...
