Sodium level in blood is 126

My father is 63 years old and taking anti depressant since last 6 months. His sodium level is 126 but there is no symptoms. His creatinine is normal. What to do now? Is it a side effect of medicine? Please help. He has anxiety and that is wjy his psychiatrist give him anti depressant. Please help.

Low sodium levels if they gradually reduce.may not cause any symptoms.however they need to be addressed..reduce water intake and increase salt intake with salt capsules.certain oher tests may be needed As for side effect of medicine you need to share the name
