Soar and puss from gum
Puss from gum sometimes bleeding: I have had fillings 2.5 years back along with root planning and scaling. Two months back I had severe pain in right side third molar gum. Now there is no pain. But I see Puss with white mole on gum. It does not pain at least. I also see some small white dots on cheek in the same area. I am visiting india this December. Do I need root canal?? My teeth doesn't pain though only gums.
I also have major gaps in the front teeth which require some straightening. I will be in Bangalore, India for a month and would like get everything done including oral cancer screening. Can some specialist help me providing appointment and suggestions . Thanks.

Hello, you can do warm salt water rinses, this will give you temporary relief. visit a dentist and get an X-ray done. if required get your third molar removed. Gaps in between teeth can be closed by:
1. orthodontic treatment which is the best and most conservative treatment.
2. veneers
3. crowns

It looks like the wisdom tooth may require removal. The white patch on the cheek could indicate lack of space for the wisdom tooth. Absence of pain is due to the pus having a path to drain out thus preventing pressure buildup. You could consider clear aligners for space closure of the front teeth since you are based abroad.
