i can understand your concern.
when a person breathe through a partially open mouth, in some people the soft palate vibrates to create the sound of snore.
don't have a heavy diet before bed, and let there be at least 2 hours between food and sleep.
if you are overweight, work on reducing your weight.
kindly consult a ent surgeon in person for further management.
