From past 2 years my spouse is snoring even on a daytime. His snoring is too loud which can be heard from different room. We have tried all possibilities but unable to cure this problem. Please advise if there is any cure that shows immediate relief to him .

Snoring needs detailed evaluation. First we need to find a cause. It can be anywhere from nose to neck. We will also have to find the severity. U need to do few tests like Polysomnography, Sleep endoscopy, Nasal endoscopy etc. There is no single cure. Better to see a doctor directly and get evaluated.
