I am a heavy snorer since 6 years now I want to cure it now. Once n for all. Please help. I had consulted Dr lumbar but no satisfactory results.Hence please help me to get rid of this.snoring issue. I sleep with my mouth open which is because as Dr lunavat said I have nasal rihnosis issue which after medicines and nasal spray dint help me.Can u please look into my case.

You have not mentioned your body weight and height.. mostly associated with overweight..do regular exercise and lifestyle modifications(reduce weight and quit smoking if any)
