Smell in urine and pain after urination

I have been facing this issue for more than a week now. Iam getting different smell in urine and iam getting pain after urination. The pain is from urinating part to kidney.

Do urine r/m and culture test, and consult a urologist for further treatment. It’s seems to be urine infection.
