Sir I use chewing tobacco since many years Many times someWhite spot very small are came and go but now not going these r very small and painless And also sma ll white wart on soft palate I can't quit tobacco Spots r very small and mouth red also Sujjest some plz total 3

First of all this is a very bad thing to say that u can't quit tobacco ... Also plz attach a pic of the oral cavity so that we can understand what lesions u r referring to ... Plz keep a good oral hygiene ... And never say never

U possibly have Leukoplakia which is whitish mucus due to cells becoming abnormal from smoking. A photograph would be helpful. This could be precancerous.
