Small sore on palette

Hello Doctor, i found a small red bump on my palette one week ago and it's actually not visible as a bump outside. I can feel it only when I touch it with hand or tongue. It is paining only if I press it with hand. I'm afraid what it is. Please help.

It can be ulceration or keratosis. Antioxidants along with multivitamin supplements has to be taken. You can consult through this for prescription of medication and instructions on investigations.

Clinical examination is better for a right diagnosis,and u dint mention how it feel soft or hard . If it is soft then it might be swelling due to injury while brushing or any blunt thing hit ur palate it heals by itself if any infection then u need doc help . so consult a dentist to know what exactly is and for more details u can consult me .
