Hello doc, need your advices. My daughter 3.5 years . She has small pimples seen on her body. Not able to understand it. To whom we need to consult? What medication we need to start? Is this harmful? Thank you.

Its a viral infection.it used to spread. So it's better that  to be removed at nearby dermatologist clinic for faster results.it takes hardly 5 mins to remove it
