2020-05-11 18:27:44
My daughter of 4 and half Months old is having small red pimple like on cheeks, not many, few. I consulted one doctor and he asked me to use a moisturiser Physiogel Hypoallergenic. I started using it for like two days but they do not go away. What can be done? Are they normal? Pic attached for ur reference

Most of these go by themselves

Hello. This lesion doesn’t warrant any sort of gel/creams. You need to keep your surrounding clean. It will subside on its own.
Next Steps
Keep surrounding clean and change soap.

Hi.. I can understand your concern. But let me assure you its normal and will go away. Since, it is summer now, daily bath your baby with proper baby wash, try putting over cotton clothes which will be comfortable, airy and will absorb sweat. Do not put any powder or oil. You can use mild moisturiser. It will go away in few days.
Health Tips
If you face any difficulty even with these tips, you can have a review with your Paediatrician.

Hi I can fully understand your worry. But this looks normal..  continue to use same moisturizer.  Plus soap and skin care is important.  Hope you are using proper baby soap and not the regular advertised brand.
