Small red itchy spots

Since 2 days, I've noticed a small red itchy spot on my thigh, it doesn't have a head. It's just an inflammed round skin and around it its red and itchy. It is on both thighs only, left thigh 3 spots and right thigh 1 spot. No other symptom. PLEASE HELP.
