Small patches of pimple in both hands

Please see the attached pics for more discription of both hands. These pimple like structure are on both hands for past many years, there is no other problems like itching, etc. Please suggest some medicines.

This is keratosis, apply alovera cream Himalaya twice a day, cap evion 400 mg 1 daily for 2 months. Hope get complete cure.

Hi... This is keratosis pilaris which is blockage of the hair follicle openings with dead scales. Simple solution for this is to apply coconut oil daily to the arms immediately after bath. Works in dislodging the scales. Sorry there is no permanent treatment for this condition. But it gets better with age.
