Small infection in ear
Hi Doctor, I have attached my daughters ear image.I wear small plastic stud for my daughter. Now she is infected and redness in ear. I removed the stud. Shall I apply any ointment?

That's looks like a local skin infection, nothing to worry. Local application of antibacterial ointment like suggested (Mupirocin) twice or thrice a day and keeping that area dry and clear would suffice.
