Yesterday I began finding small clear bumps on the inside of my fingers. I popped them and clear liquid came out but they refilled shortly after. Today, they seem to be multiplying and I have found 3 on one finger, 3 on the backside of my hand, and one on my palm. Again, I popped them and they just keep filling back up. On my right hand, I have found some small bumps but none that are big enough to necessarily pop. They don't hurt unless I pop them and they aren't itchy.
