Small bump around the anal

From yesterday i had a tender pain around the anal while sitting, So when i checked for it i found a small bump around the anal, when touching it feeling tender pain. Never faces this problem in the past, this is the first time i am facing. No problem while passing stool. No itching. Only when it is touched and when i sit, i have tender light pain. Is it a piles?.
