Hello sir/madam iam suffering from constipation from last 4 years i have consulted many doctors Couldn't find any solutions yet, nowadays i get stomach cramps, bloating,gas ,cant clear complete stools from intestine please help.

As you are having chronic constipation. You need evaluation. Get a colonoscopy done initially. If it is normal get Anorectal Manometry & colonic transit studies done.
