Slip disc (L4,L5 )
I have been suffering from slip disc from last 2 years. I have tried many medicines but not cured. Kindly advise me the right medicine to get cured which will be very helpful for me .
There is no magic cure for a slipped disc. Just like injury in any part of body, some of the disc bulges heal with time, provided one maintain correct posture, do physio etc. Usual time is two weeks to one month. Since you have been experiencing pain for last 2 years, my suggestions would be to get an MRI study and follow up with a spine specialist.
