I have a problem with my back like I have slip disc issue and m a pilot Nd I need to clear my medical how it can be done ? If you can help me out i’ll be very thankful to you.
Hi, if you no problem with your leg in slip disc - no need to worry. If you got only back pain with out leg pain you need mainly Physio and back muscle strengthening exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury.
