Slight teeth pain and slight loose teeth

Hi , I had ate some hard crunchy food 3 days ago, since then I have slight pain in the right side of lower jaw. I also feel like one of my teeth is slightly loose and little moving (may be second premolar or first molar). Is this something serious? Is there any chance that I will loose my teeth?

Visit dentist for clinical examination and x ray to evaluate if there is fracture or tooth decay. If there is mild trauma from occlusion then it will resolve in few days. Stop chewing with that tooth for a week.
