Slight scratch on tongue

Slight small scratch on tongue, no pain, no burn. It comes and goes automatically. Observing since 2,3 months. Please suggest medicines for preventing the same. Had becosules tab for 10 days earlier.

It may be because of the sharp edges of the teeth As per the photo, the lower teeth appear eroded and sharp.
