Sir i have been suffering from numbness and slight tingling in my left side like arm and feet and i consulted physiotherapist and he suggested two exercises and ift and then later it is like that only and im getting slight pain in my upper head and some pin prics all over the body is anything serious and also he told me to do same for a week but i didn't went for that due to my college sir pls tell me is anything serious and i took x ray too the cervical region and its normal tell any problem s
