Slight lower back pain after weights

I got slight lower back pain while I was lifting 20 kg weight in bend over excercise at gym. I tried my usual counter excercise of rolling my back in huddle position. It has not helped. I don't take allopathic medicines (since last 40 years). What's d remedy.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or any other metabolic disorder, if there is  any. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. Your muscle may have gone into spasm which is causing this pain Ideally you need medication for the same You can try hot fomentation at the painful area
