Slight knee pain

I am having knee pain lately. I do workout and have been lifting quite heavy lately. I had zerodol P tablets but getting allergic reaction. is there any other pain killer available as I might be allergic to paracetamol.

Avoid using painkillers as far as possible Kindly confirm, whether you are allergic to paracetamol. If so, carry this information on your body 24 hrs. a day. Try and adjust your pain level by reducing your weight lifting. This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind  (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg   1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for the affected part- knees and lower limbs. --.(Take help of physiotherapist or you can visit my YouTube channel Dr. N. C. You can try to take Etoricoxib 90 mg twice daily.. Avoid heavy workout for now.. You may still do basic exercises...
