Slight heaviness and pain in right side of stomach sometimes in back also pls suggest what I should do ultrasound and liver test are normal

It's mostly due to gastritis leading to fatty liver...just do lifestyle modification, that would suffice. However u must get a ultrasound done to rule out gall stone disease
