for overall health 1.sleep 8 hrs at night. 2.avoid too much social media. 3.avoid too much use of mobile pc laptop. 4.avoid mobile pc 1hr before sleep. 5.before sleep may hear good music,or read a good book or  can watch a good movie. 6.workout daily or regular morning walk or join gym. 7.Share ur thoughts with ur parents or good friends. 8.Concentrate on ur work, study, passion, hobby. 9.Maintain proper diet. 10.Take proper protein supplement and some time multivitamines. This is a common guideline. U should consult homoeopathic doctor for ur leg pain and menstruation problems. As u take medicine for sleep u may continue it but also follow up the case to that doctor also. U also should consult a psychologist for improve ur mental health status. I think there is over mental stress ,anxiety in bothering u.To deal with those u have to learn the right process.

You can follow, what we call as "sleep hygiene" to get a good night's sleep. Some precautions which are included in sleep hygiene are: Keeping sleep time and waking up times fixed Switching of all electronic screens 1 hour prior to sleep time Avoiding caffeinated drinks in the evening and after Remaining active in the daytime Make the bedroom conducive to sleep, ie the room should be airy, with appropriate temperature, with no bright lights or loud noises If unable to get sleep for 10 to 15 mins, do not remain in bed Get up and walk about, you may have a glass of warm milk, listen to soft music, etc. Thereafter try again to sleep Avoid clock watching However if your problem persists despite this, it is better to consult a mental health professional for the same.
Next Steps
In your case, I would advise you to visit a mental health professional. There is less awareness regarding available sleep disorder treatments amongst doctors of other specialities or general practitioners.
