Hello practo user
I can understand your concerns regarding your health . Sleep usually gets disturbed when we have thoughts usually negative in nature which are continuous and can also be causing us stress . You can try and follow these for a better sleep hygiene which will include -- try and avoid using laptop/ phone / TV prior to sleeping , avoid taking your work files or problems to bed , try and indulge in relaxing activities which can be taking a warm shower at night , having a calming tea or warm milk , try and have a comfortable environment , avoid eating a heavy meal for dinner , limit your caffeine intake . Try and talk to a close family member or friend and engage in multiple activities throughout the day to keep yourself distracted . Try and practice deep breathing and meditation to clear your thoughts. It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for an in-depth understanding and formulation of a treatment plan through which you can learn more healthy and positive coping strategies and skills. You can also reach out to me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.
