Hi,I work as advisor in bpo. And luckily work in day shift .i just wanted to know what's the ideal time to sleep and wake up in morning for good health.

. Depends when you feel sleepy,  when you feel sleepy go to bed. Sound sleep of 6 to 7 hours more than enough. "Early to bed early to rise. "
