Hello there. I can understand your concern.
Yes i definately feel you are sleep deprived.
One must have at leat 7-8 hours of sound sleep at a stretch.
If you can i would definitely recommend you to continue sleeping till atleast 8 A. M .
Take a nutritional supplement like cap. Absolut 3g once a day after food for 15 days.
Have a high protein diet and lots of greens and fruits.
Also make a habit of doing meditation and yoga daily.
