I can understand the situation you are currently facing in your life . It seems that you are a sensitive person and some past negative events are causing you these distressing symptoms. Inability to sleep , talk to anyone , feeling alone and crying are all indicative of an underlying problem . You can try and maintain a thought journal in which you can write three positive events during the day ,go for regular exercise as it helps relieve stress , you can also listen to soothing music . Try and reduce your phone time before sleeping and also you can have a warm bath or some warm milk before going to bed . Practice deep breathing before sleeping as that is also helpful in calming you down . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a diagnosis and management through regular counseling sessions.
