Sleeping disorder

For last 1 month I am having sleeping problem.i used to go bed in specific time also doing physical activity regularly.initially i woke up suddenly at 5o clock ( before 1-1.5hrs of my normal time).but now last few days i am not able to sleep properly through out the night which makes me dizzy/sleepy for the whole next day. One more thing i am also experiencing is i am having huge gas problem ( firting) this time. So can you please suggest something so that i can get rid of this problem. **Within 2months i am also going to get married.
