My mind will not stop even during sleep, It is very annoying and irritating. I can't have any quality sleep. What can I do to stop my mind from thinking of something?

first thing that needs clarification is that what is disturbing you? what kind of thoughts do not let you sleep? not having proper sleep can be annoying and disturb your daily life. depending upon the reason of disturbance, you might try meditation, breathing exercises, sleep hygiene techniques to be more in control of your mind and to improve sleep quality. however if sleep disturbance is secondary to some mental health issue, you may like to be examined by a psychiatrist for thorough evaluation and diagnosis for more specific treatment.
