Sleepiness after lunch

I work in a corporate office of bank 10 to 6 sitting job .i usually take lunch at 1 o clock within half half an hour i feel sleepy and fall asleep.my friends keep waking me up but after 5 minutes i again fall asleep.this continues for 4 to 5 hours.when i go to wash face i can't properly walk. I am taking phsyciatric medicine from last 5 years but never feel the same my dr also changed medicine but not to avail. Than i went to GP and he wrote USG report is attached he said there is swelling in gallbladder that is reason i am feeling drowsiness. Please advise.

Check your HBA1C level and thyroid level.. Most probably problem lies there.. However detail clinical history is required for proper diagnosis and treatment
Next Steps
take low carbohydrate and protein rich food at lunch.. walk for few minute after having lunch take a cup of sugar less  tea or coffee, to avoid post lunch sleepiness behaviour.
