It’s been 2 weeks since I have been waking in the middle of the night with random racing thoughts and it's scary. Can I increase my nexito 10 mg? I am already having nexito from 5 plus years

Understand,it could be very distressing.Detailed history to be taken to reach to the conclusion that we need Nexito to increase or change it to other medicine.

Sleep disturbances with panic  can be very distressing which needs further evaluation and doses of nexito can be adjusted or if required another agent(medicine) can be used for relief in both sleep disturbances and depressive symptoms.
