My niece  doesn't want to drink milk properly, plus she doesn't want to sleep. She eats very little food and has irregular sleeping patterns, meaning he sleeps whenever he wants and only sleeps for 10-15 minutes.

Hi It’s not compulsory that child needs to have milk daily As child js one year old try and introduce as the usual food that you have at home And regarding sleep Reduce screen time Stop afternoon naps And keep the room child is sleeping in calm ,dark and suitable temperature (not too cold / not too warm ) This should help Beyond this kindly consult
