sleep apart from many other things is highly dependent on habit, it would help if your friend can come and discuss her daily routine with me and let us see if she is having a proper sleeping routine, sedatives ie sleeping tablets anr not a good idea to start with , maintaining a sleep discipline and a proper sleep hygiene works better , you can take an appointment with me or any other physician of your choice and near your place of residence and discuss out the issue that will be better alternative , please be quick about it because if once established insomnia is impossible to get rid of
