Sleep and continue dreams
For last 2 months I am not able to sleep properly.
It started with early wake up and depressed mood.
Now after 2 month mood is okay but as I trying to sleep firing of visuals or dreams coming constantly. It seems I can control my dreams.
When I am sleeping it feels like half sleep half wake up. Didn't get sound sleep for a single day
I don't have any tension. It is happening without any cause
