Hello, I have rashes on my back. sometimes it comes on my face and behind my ears.sometimes on my chest and hands. Changes according to the weather. I also have dandruff in my hair and sometimes it comes to my beard also. I use fluticasone cream frequently and take Allegra tablet when it increases a lot. It reduces for few days and starts coming back again. I've been having dandruff since 12-13 years now. The rashes started appearing from last year
