Skin rashes and itching

I'm having skin allergy since a long time almost 3 years now. I develop rashes on hands and legs everyday which goes whenever i take an anti-allergy pill. The itching is quite severe so i have to take certizine on daily basis. I have consulted lots of allopathy doctors and there is no improvement. Please suggest some good and effective solution

Did you have any kind of Vomiting or Loose motions suppressing meds in the past? That can b a cause. Any other med which might have caused allergy? Improper food which is not suitable for your bodytype. Improper digestion, Constipation etc can also b a cause.
Next Steps
Regular use of Anti-Allergy pills can harm your liver and lead to some other issue. It's not a solution, just a temporary cover-up of the illness.

Hello. First of all u have to undergo rakta shuddhikaran. I mean u need to take blood purifier first. And next is u have to check for what specific reason the allergy symptoms are occuring!! Pollens, foods, environment in which u stay! And avoid those accordingly. Take an appointment for detail discussion
