Skin rash and itching
I have an itchy rash on both hands for about a year. It worsens in summer and after mosquito bites. No pus or bleeding. It is only on my hands. Could you please advise the likely condition, whether it is contagious, and the treatment? attached are the photos for reference.

Looks like seasonal allergic reaction urticaria
Check for allergies to foods or new soaps or creams also
Use skin moisturiser and antihistamines medicines
Use mosquito net
If it worsens in sun use full sleeve clothing outside
